This game won the 'Spiel des Jahres' prestigious game award for 2018.Inspired by Moorish decorative tiles, players take turns selecting coloured tiles from suppliers to their player board. The round ends when all the tiles available have been selected. Players score points based on how they have placed their tiles to decorate the palace, wasted supplies reduce the player's score. At the end of the game extra points are scored for complete horizontal and vertical rows and for complete sets of tiles. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

We like this game, the rules are deceptively simple but there is a certain amount of strategy to learn...which make the game interesting and beguiling.
